I went in today. The store is awesome. So many choices and great service. They even threw in a $31 cigar in because it's Friday. I highly recommend this store. As for having them delivered the store had quite a few staff. If there were problems before I see they have corrected it. I would still rather go in its worth the trip. Knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere.

My husband is very happy with Cigar Chief! You cannot beat their prices and quality! Colts is available in Rum and Wine mild, which are better than where he used to buy them. Premium cigars! Happy happy. Shipping was ok on first order, if you’re worried stay ahead to make sure you have enough until your next order. Love this site!

Customer service is amazing , even if it's the slightest of discrepancies with an order they go far above and beyond to remedy it. The cigars and pipe tobacco are amazing I've never had any issues with the safe delivery and most importantly, the people that work here are amazing. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about ordering from them. The only Issue I've got really is the fact they are so well known across Canada as well as Internationally and it keeps them very busy and always doing their best to restock as fast as possible for their customers. I always get my order in a timely fashion once they get to processing the order. I will definitely continue to support them as long as they are around.

Hands down the best place to purchase cigars in Canada. Unbeatable - from prices and selection to service. Boxes of Liga Privada 9, T52, Nasty Fritas, handful of Olivia Melanios, LFD Double Chisel, AF 858 and more that I forget because I got carried away. Cheers!

Great service and products. I am new to cigars, been in the place a few times. I forget the mates name, he was Russian and super helpful. Talked at my level and I was even able to learn a few things. Great experience. I have never felt like I'm being upsold here and selection and quality seem great for me.

Prices and selection is good, everything arrived fresh and good dates. Took 6 days from order placed to shipped, and now the worst part; Loomis Express is the delivery service they use. It was an awful experience trying to get my package. Just based on that I won't order again unless that changes. You've been warned!

Amazing place to buy cigars! Best prices in Ontario! I suggest asking for Luke, a great guy. Very knowledgeable. He always treats me well! This place is about a 2 hour drive from Toronto, but well worth it imo!
